YULEX® natural rubber is a plant-based replacement for petroleum-based neoprene. This wetsuit balances performance, comfort, durability and sustainability so you know you’re getting the most out of your time in the water, without harming the planet.

Made from Lexcell™ CC (closed cell) foam rubber by Yulex®, this thermal controlled, biodegradable plant-based rubber innovatively is harvested from FSC®-certified forest plantations. These forests have no history of deforestation, abuse of agricultural pesticides or human rights violations. Yulex® purify their materials to reduce impurities like bad odours, discoloration and even allergens.

This isn’t the only natural feature included in this wetsuit. Our fast-drying Bamboo Thermal Lining will lock in and amplify heat around the core, while extremities stay warm, light and flexible wrapped in our Recycled Radiator Lining. 

Making it even more sustainable, the wetsuit’s exterior uses Recycled Ultraspan Outer Jersey technology made from 45 recycled PET bottles. Recycled Ultraspan balances lightweight, superstretch characteristics with high heat retention and durability.

This wetsuit will stay watertight season after season using our ultra-durable Thermaflex Taped Seam system, coupled with a triple-glued and blind stitched seam fusing technique.

Changing in and out is made easy using our chest-zip entry system, while the hidden toggle and press stud lock you in and stop water flushing. Anti-slip cuffs prevent further flushing and rolling, and a key stash cord provides additional security while you surf.
